Our pricing will change due to the market situation

Dear customer,

The world market price of crude oil has risen due to global uncertainty and the tightening situation in the Middle East. This change is also reflected in the prices of fuels in Finland.

Transport and mobile equipment are a key part of our services. That is why we are reviewing our pricing to continue offering a high-quality and reliable service in the future.

What will change?

Targeted price changes: The changes mainly affect services that require a lot of transportation or the use of heavy equipment. We will keep the changes as moderate as possible.

Separate fuel add-on: The fuel surcharge appears as a separate line in offers and invoices. Its size will be reviewed according to the market situation.

Basics of fuel surcharge

Our base prices are based on the average diesel price in January 2026: 1.75 €/l (VAT 0 %%).

The additional amount is updated monthly based on the market price as calculated by the Statistics Centre index.

The adjustment is made on the 1st of every month.

New suction and pressure vehicle strengthens Saloton's fleet

Saloton Oy's new suction and pressure vehicle has arrived at the Tuusula branch and is ready to serve customers. The new equipment acquisition will improve the efficiency of drain unblocking and the maintenance of pump stations and separators, particularly in locations with limited working space.

The two-axle vacuum and pressure truck produces up to 106 litres of water per minute at a pressure of 200 bar. The truck has a 4 m³ water tank and a 5 m³ sludge tank, enabling efficient work at both small and more demanding service locations.

Saloton Oy's fleet increased with a Fico suction truck

In September 2024, our fleet was reinforced with a new Fico suction truck. The new truck will improve our capacity and enable us to provide a faster and more efficient service for various suction and pressure washing jobs.

October 2023

We added a Scania semi-trailer tractor and one Disab semi-trailer high-power towing unit to our fleet.

Disab's semi-trailer has its own engine, which is why high-power vacuuming is also possible by leaving the semi-trailer on site.

May 2023

We got more equipment. One 4-axle hook-lift truck, and one Disab high-capacity container

The Disab high-capacity container is a swap-body and can be moved by hook-lift truck. The high capacity container can be lowered and left on site if required.

November 2022

Our fleet was increased by a Eur-mark suction/pressure truck.

Saloton Oy is now able to serve its customers even better with its own suction/pressure truck, which enables the emptying of rainwater ditches, gullies, grease traps and drainage ditches. The cleaning of large sewer lines can also be carried out in no time at all.
