Large-scale import

High-volume logistics is a working method, which can be used to remove various materials from the work site. The material to be removed is transferred to a dust-free, sealed container, from where it is sent directly for recycling or disposal.

Removing loose materials, substances and old insulation along the suction line keeps potential transport routes clean. The high-efficiency vacuum can also be used to remove by blowing a variety of materials such as crushed stone, foam crushed stone and Leca gravel. High-vacuuming is a fast, efficient and clean method of working and is suitable for a wide range of construction sites.

Applications such as

● Removal of old insulation, upper, lower and intermediate floors
● Efficient removal of soil masses, basement renovations, pipe and cable ducts, narrow trenches, difficult access areas such as building yards, courtyard decks, parking garages, green areas, gardens, bridge structures
● Sepels, Leca clay blowing, capillary breaks
● Emptying and filling of silos, tanks used in industry
● Planting bed renovations, urban tree planting bed replacements and
● Landscaping, streets, yards, parks, cemeteries, green areas, gardens, sports and outdoor areas
● Removal of demolition waste, line renovations, guttering, cable ducts, removal and re-installation of roofing shingles, protective sheets

Basement renovation and capillary break

We can provide you with a turnkey service, or alternatively you can order only part of the work. Basement renovation involves many different aspects. A typical basement renovation involves removing organic matter and debris from the basement, including sawdust, mouldings, contaminated soil, etc.

We then high-power vacuum the subfloor to create enough space, after which we can blow a capillary break in the subfloor. Before the capillary break is blown, a filter fabric separating the soil must be applied to the subfloor. The capillary seal is usually 20 cm thick and its purpose is to keep the subfloor dry.

Several different products can be used as a capillary barrier. The most typical product used is washed crushed stone with a grain size of 6-16mm. Leca-gravel or foam glass can also be used for capillary sealing. Basement renovation also includes sealing air leaks and penetrations, effectively covering drains and increasing ventilation.

Vacuuming the roof shingle

High-performance installation of topsoil

Cleaning the crawl space/removing old insulation effectively. The most common types of insulation removed from the upper floor in newer houses are: stone wool, cellulose wool, glass wool and sheet wool. In older houses and buildings, insulation and things in between are typically removed: sawdust, peat, straw, newspaper and cutlery.

Bathroom demolition/major renovation

When demolishing bathrooms and sanitary facilities, a large amount of concrete, screed, tile and brick is used. Vacuuming is the solution when you want to remove as little dust as possible or to remove old insulation. The bathroom can be completely demolished by our company or, alternatively, the demolition company can commission us to carry out a high-capacity vacuuming of the demolition waste. In the case of large quantities of demolition waste, we can use a crusher to assist in the high-capacity collection. We crush the demolition waste efficiently and the demolition waste is quickly removed from the site.

High-volume importing for industry

High-volume picking is very much used for industrial needs. In factory maintenance workshops, the high-power picker is a familiar sight. Vacuuming is often used for emptying and cleaning silos, furnaces, lines, etc.

The area of operation is Uusimaa:

We do high power windrowing and high power windrowing in the Uusimaa area.

When ordering a large-scale pick-up, it is worth taking the following into account:

● How much suction hose is needed?
● How close can you get to the building/job site by truck?
● What is the address of the work site?
● Customer contact details and billing address if different from the subscriber's contact details?
● Waste quality: what is HHP waste ? Does the waste contain anything else?
● Working time?
● A timetable for completion of the work?

Wool blowing

Cellulose wool

Ekocell

The cellulose wool/blowing wool we use is entirely Finnish. Blowing wool comes from the Termex factory in Saarijärvi. Cellulose wool is suitable for use as insulation in upper and intermediate floors. Cellulose wool can also be blown as hollow wool.

Briefly about Ekocell blown wool:

● Domestic Termex-Selluvilla is a safe and proven product. It has a VTT certificate and an environmental statement
● Good thermal insulation reduces energy consumption in cold weather
● Supports passive cooling in summer heat, saving cooling energy
● Easy installation by blowing. Installation usually takes only a couple of hours depending on the surface area to be blown
● Reduces the feeling of draught, breathable material, equalizes moisture in structures, better indoor air
● Genuine recycled product made domestically with EKOenergy
● Carbon dioxide storage
● At the end of the building's life cycle, cellulose wool can be recycled or reused

Ask also about other wools: glass wool, stone wool .
