High-power vacuuming is a working method for removing a variety of materials from a site. The material to be removed is transferred to a sealed container in a dust-free manner and taken directly for recycling or disposal.

You can order from us high-power vacuuming either on a turnkey basis or only part of the job. Base floor renovation involves many aspects. In a typical base floor renovation, organic matter and debris are removed from the base floor (e.g. sawdust, mouldings, contaminated soil).
By high-power vacuuming, we create sufficient space to the base floor so that we can blow there a capillary break. Before the capillary break is blown, a filter fabric separating the soil materials must be spread on the base floor. The capillary break is usually 20cm thick and its purpose is to keep the base floor dry.
Many different products can be used as a capillary break. The most commonly used material is washed crushed stone with a grain size of 6-16mm. Leca gravel or foam glass can also be used for capillary sealing. Base floor renovation also includes air leakage and penetration seals, effective sewer support and increased ventilation.

If the volume of demolition waste is significant, we can use a crusher in the vacuuming. We effectively crush the waste, which is quickly removed from the site.
